Needed a creative way for my kiddo to ask his date to the prom and luckily they had the right donuts at this Tom Hortons. They don't have them all out so we had to ask for more of the chocolate iced, luckily they had some in the back.
Odd thing though, they are made in Canada, shipped and "finished" here. Supper friendly staff made this a good experience 🍩

All these comments are first world problems. If you're late to work then don't go through the drive through. If the lobby is closed, guess what? Nobody owes you anything. Too bad. You aren't special. Why I am giving this store one star is because it is gross. The food is poor. And it's not just this store. Tim's is the very bottom in food quality. The coffee tastes like dirt, the espresso tastes worse than vodka, the baked goods are fine I guess. . . but it's just not great. Anyone who gets that upset over fast food needs to get a life. What's worse is I've heard the few people who actually work here say things about how management treats them. It's all a mess. Keep driving. Eat a fruit maybe. But just don't eat here.

I travel a decent amount for work so hit many tim Hortons in a month. Stopped at this location two days in a row yesterday mobile order went though coffee and donut still took about 3 minutes to get that and at one point a staff member was going to touch said donut with a bare hand before someone stopped him. Today app said location was not taking orders go to box cash only no sign up about this before getting in line and was stuck while everyone else got these stuff. Thank goodness for the UDF across the street not the best but at least they have credit card machines working

This location has been consistently bad for awhile now. I’ve given it multiple chances and today was the last time that I’ll ever go there. It’s slow, no sense of urgency from the employees, no matter who the manager is, they always has an attitude, and they usually never have what I want to order (smh). Try to avoid going to this location especially if there’s a line. If you have to go, only go when you’re the only person in line. I hope management steps up their game or is replaced! May be take some tips from the Tim Hortons off of the New Albany Rd exit on 161. That location is ran like a well-oiled machine- the employees are pleasant, efficient and hardworking. Otherwise, I hope the Sunbury rd. Tim Hortons shuts down and is replaced with a Playa Bowls, Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.

To the owner of this franchise: I have watched your business begin to fail for two years it started when your other stores ice maker was always broken and I would go to this store for my kids breakfast so everyone could get their order. Over the course of the last six months, this location has fallen to pieces. First and foremost: no one can call to see if your dining room is open because according to the employee I showed a twenty minute ringing call to “our phones don’t work”. They can’t be bothered to put a sign on the door when the dining room is closed. So your drive through line is backed up to Sunbury road with half the patrons wanting to go inside and sit down. Those in a hurry are being held up by people just wanting to sit down and have a casual breakfast. Your employee told me you’re understaffed: here is your solution. Everyone works morning shift. You are a breakfast chain, there is no reason for you to not be able to seat at full capacity until 12 noon. If at 12 noon you don’t have enough employee’s, close the store.
A good manager would at least make sure the phones got fixed, and a sign was put on the door.
The New Albany Road location has nearly no issues- ever. If you own that location, maybe consider taking two employees from that store and put one at Sunbury, one at Hamilton. Surely even their most relaxed employee could walk circles around who you have working on at your other stores.
