Wow… I’ve like literally never bothered to leave a bad review because I don’t think it’s right to give customer service workers a hard time. I know it’s a hard job but dang this interaction really made me frustrated. I asked for a cold brew, they were out. Okay it’s late in the day- no biggie. Then I asked for a pistachio latte. They said they could make it. After waiting for 10 minutes they told me the machine was broken. I asked for a black tea lemonade sweetened. They gave me someone else’s drink on accident and called me back once I walked a few steps. Then they finally gave me my tea but it was just normal black tea. I paid $6 for a tea I didn’t really want when I just went for a “pick me up” after a rough day. Thanks…

Employee was rude when my sister asked if she could customize a drink she said “no I don’t make tiktok drinks” like she didn’t even try to see what it was or anything the drink wasn’t really special she just showed the phone due to anxiety when talking... Next lady got a customized drink tho so idk why my sister couldn’t. Besides that drinks tasted fine just the attitude towards her I didn’t like.

So slow the service was great before now they have a couple new people and the service is really lacking. I was first in line and after me was a long line so the guy decides to ring up everyone one before making drinks then.... everyone got their drink and I was still waiting even though I was first and with a cart of of food praying it doesn’t go bad. Then didn’t even make my drink and I ask for a refund he said we don’t give refunds. Is this true a place doesn’t give refunds??! My drink wasn’t even made yet!!!!! Update they have new people and are very fast and polite so I changed my rating.
