I'd give zero stars if possible. Neither sandwich was made correctly, and both had hardly any toppings, even though we asked for extra. Fries were cold and soggy. This was not a $30 dollar meal, but maybe a $3 meal. Management should be ashamed to think this is a worthy product. We've eaten inside here many times and never had this issue.

This is THE best sub place , bar none. I wish they had one in Gahanna! Always hot and fresh, it's well worth the wait to get one. Their fries are off the chain. They even have 2 different kinds of lemonades that are not overly sweet. When I can splurge ( Which isn't often) I head over to this place, get my food, and watch a good movie. You HAVE to go check them out!!

Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, although there was only 1 car Infront of me. And it would have been ok but I got the completely wrong order. Tried eating it anyways and the bread was hard and the steak was tough and dry.

The food is NOT worth the price! I spent $41 on 3 meals. The sandwiches barely had any meat on them, the bbq sauce was nasty and only on a couple bites of the sandwich. The fries USED to be my favorite when I was younger but they were burnt, hard and nasty. I will NEVER spend money here again and would never recommend it to anyone. A waste of time and money!!

I'm giving a 4 because the sandwich was great. However, the fries are terrible. EVERYTIME I go they are limp and soggy. If you like cold and soggy fries this is your place. Stick with the sandwiches! Say NO to fries.

OMG, the way Byron spoke to me on 1/26/21 at 12:58pm, made me feel like the most important customer of the day. Then, while at the pick up window, I heard that this is just how Byron speaks to his customers!!👍🏽👍🏽 The fries and sandwich were as good as usual. But today, the service was above and beyond. Always great customer service…I use the drive thru. My food is always correct and very good! I know there is a longer line these days, but these folks are friendly and get hot food to me pretty quickly. Thank you!

Overpriced. My first time there and their Korean bowl barely had any meat in it, it's 95% vegetables. $9 for a bowl full of hot vegetables. I threw out 3/4 of it. I will not be coming here again.
