Gino's By The Beach

I wasn't able to get any photos as we were seated outside & the yellow jackets were in love with our food also. So we were trying to eat & drink our quickest. The owner was so sweet when he seated us, he did warn us of the yellow jackets outside too, but we didn't listen. Loved sitting outside with a mimosa. Our breakfast was of a smaller portion, which was fine with me. Food was tastey. Pricing a little pricier, but you are at the beach. Small inside space.

Not as good as last year. No street corn. We just shared appetizers. Chicken nachos were dry and tasted like seasoned canned chicken. Spicy mussels were good. Calamari was okay kind of bland just some banana peppers and some kind of marinara. The kids mozzarella sticks were good, the French fries were the best.

Newish restaurant across from the old Sandy’s at Misquamicut. Very good variety on the menu but they only serve off of their lunch options at lunch. The hot lobster roll was good but not great. Not compared to many local Westerly seafood locations. The decor and cleanliness of the restaurant was OUTSTANDING! They had a full size bar and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The service staff was extremely polite and accommodating. Parking can be tough so it’s best to walk here after parking at the beach. Their French fries a perfect and crispy, no soggy fries at this place!!!! We will definitely be going back here next time we are at Misquamicut!

Staff, phenomenal. Food, absolutely delicious. Wished the whole belly clam dinner portion was bigger for the $ but was delish! We had a fun celebration there for my sons birthday. Atmosphere was lovely. We ate here 3 times haha since we stayed across the street at Sandy Shore motel. Ordered bruschetta TWICE, incredibly good. Oysters were super fresh and the mussels were fabulous. We tried a little bit of everything! Wings...YUM!!! Chicken parm, drool worthy, so yummy. Pasta dishes are bigger portions than the other entrees. Aglio olio was divine with seared scallops on top! Would definitely dine here again and look forward to it in years to come.

Another exquisite meal. The chicken nachos were to die for, probably the best on my list. The taco salad was loaded with zest and flavor, and as you can see by the video, or waitstaff was hilarious! She was a hoot when she found out I was a reviewer. I highly recommend stopping by this local restaurant, whether passing through or visiting from out of town.
