Cold Stone Creamery

All I can say is wow!! How did I go through my life without going to Cold Stone sooner. What a nice new twist on ice cream shops. The entire experience is phenomenal. It is almost like they are making the ice cream for you in front of your eyes. I have been to only 2 since I discovered Cold Stone. The one in Leominster Ma. And Westerly Ri. Both have had great staff and the experience was top notch in both. I went with my grandkids and they love creating their own masterpieces. Also if you like ice cream cakes this is the place to go, they are delicious and very fresh. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Cold Stone in Westerly is awesome! We went in last night and ordered 4 milkshakes, the lady (owner?) that helped us made them perfectly and quickly! She was also very pleasant to deal with, and the store is very clean! We take for granted that it’s right in our town, and don’t go in there as much as we should (I don’t know if that’s good or bad? lol). I was just saying before we entered how long it’s been there, and how it’s stood the test of time in that same spot…go in there and you’ll know why. Thank you!

We stopped to try the new Lemon concoction because it is dairy free. It was very light and yummy especially after eating a big dinner. But who doesn't have room for ice cream. Very clean actually not a person inside when we arrived on a Friday night except workers. Strolled right in to get our sugar fix. Many flavors to try and I like you can sample before buying. How many places you can do that? Friendly service. Thanks our bellies are happy. Good thing is you can stop over and over and still have a different combination. Tonight was blueberry muffin batter ice cream. Next time it'll be something else Nope I lied .. today was again blueberry muffin batter... Got there and I thought the Door was jammed.I pulled hard twice but it wouldn't open.. come to find out I was 20 min early..lol as we were walking away a person who was opening Coldstone said...if you wait like five minutes I'll get everything ready and get you your ice cream. I was in such need of Coldstone that I was so happy that she said that. My boyfriend and I raced in,even helped her put the chairs at the table.. This made my whole day after hearing some bad news. Seriously thanks for putting a smile and making my belly happy. You rock! I prefer this Coldstone in Rhody vs the one I live near in CT. Always greeted with a smile and always taken care of.. That's why I come over and over. I could get it in CT but I wait to every Friday to get better service when I come into Rhody

Aside from freaking delicious ice cream, this cold stone has the most amazing employees. A few weeks ago, I left without entering my rewards info and when I went back a few days ago, the lady remembered me and updated the points from both purchases. Everyone who works there is super friendly but THAT WAS SO NICE OMG.

I love this place! Friendly staff who are always willing to serve, as well as hold a conversation with you. They have so many differnet flavors and are they are consistently delivering new flavors. Staff are even happy to let you mix flavors as well. This place is super family friendly as well. I am never diaapointed with this place.

My family and I frequent Cold Stone all the time and each time it's fantastic. The owner is extremely nice and takes the time to great us when we come in and talk to the kids which is refreshing. The ice cream is also some of the best, even for being a franchise store, it's on par with some of the privately owned ice cream places around.

Best of demand ice cream brand there is, and this location is a great example of how a coldstone should operate. The lines can sometimes be long, especially on holiday weekends, but I think it's well worth the wait. One thing to note is that, as of the time of writing this review, there is no frozen yogurt bar, which disappointed some of the people who went with me.
