Elaine, I guess the manager, (in the red shirt) complaining of the orders the 20 minutes I stood waiting for my order to be taken and then complained I ordered 2 Lg Fries that they had to cook. Like really? Its only 7pm. Does the sign not say open until 9pm and are there not still people dining in? So its surely not closing time. It's the Attitude and lack of drive to work for me. This is why I stopped coming to this one. I tried again but NOPE NEVER AGAIN.

Stop by for a quick lunch ordered the 3 tender combo with a extra slaw and mash didn't get a spoon nor my biscuit and cookie didn't realize until I made it to the office so disappointed

James the manager runs an excellent crew..if the aren't doing their job he will snap u quick into shape right in front of the customer bcuz he says " these people pay your salary" no prejudice and he's very down home . This place has the freshest chicken too and nice music if you eat in.

Wow, this Westchester site on 31st Street is by far the worst KFC site. They lost our order, the food was cold and tasted as though it were prepared a week ago. We actually threw $30.00 worth of food in the garbage... it was that bad! The manager and staff are thoughtless and rude, they never say thank you and good luck navigating through their parking lot full of major potholes. I never see cars in the lot or drive thru and now I know why.

KFC Westchester rocks!! Here you get free wifi, freshly made chicken and excellent customer service! I love how friendly the front register service cashier always tries to relate to all the customers. A smile goes a big way. Thank you.

Feels like an "older" restaurant. Drive thru isn't always the fastest but the food has always been decent and the staff has never been rude.
