I went in today at 12:00 and waited in a normal length line for a lunch rush, understandable. However at 12:30 they let all the line customers know that the online mobile orders are backed up and that those people would now be cutting to the front of the line. So those who ordered at 12:00 (same time I arrived), and all those after via mobile, we're able to cut in front of all of us. This resulted in an easy 10+ people stepping in front of us after waiting 30 minutes in line. I was next in line with my wife and daughter and got told sorry. Totally unacceptable to treat anyone ordering this way. Simple solution: don't turn on your mobile ordering if you can't handle it. Today there was more staff then have ever seen before and yet the line still couldn't be managed.
Side note - this marks three times in a row they didn't even have the brisket that they have been pushing and advertising.
Edit: while leaving there is employee sitting outside smoking a bowl of weed in the parking lot just standing next to my car. Maybe that's why no one is getting anything done at all ..
Won't be coming back to this spot and usually order lunch for our whole office here too. Too bad!

Found staff to not listen carefully to what you ask for, the tables and drink areas were trashed, they did not have Ice tea made and the brown rice was undercooked (crunchey). Lots of room for improvements at this location.

Ordered food (already paid) and doors were locked on arrival. Several others were in the same situation. We knocked several times and the workers inside just looked over and walked away. Eventually they just yelled that they were closed. They couldn’t even be bothered to give any explanation on why this situation is happening in the first place. I understand that things happen and that there are staffing shortages everywhere right now and that working in the service industry isn’t easy, but Chipotle needs to do better. This location and nearby stores especially, since this is not the first time I’ve had issues. Honestly just close this location for good if you can’t handle it and stop wasting the real estate.

Pretty rough...ordered online, lots of things missing from our bowls and a scant amount of everything else. No chips and salsa. No cilantro lime rice (just plain white rice). One leaf of lettuce on top. So bad that we stopped at the grocery store on the way home and bought our own chips and salsa so we'd have enough for dinner. You can only get a refund for missing items by contacting them online or by phone. I used to be a loyal Chipotle customer but sadly think my time with them is done.

Ordered sofitas and they gave me this disgusting mess. No sofitas, just globs of sour cream with a little bit rice and cold beans. They weren't even busy. If they were out of sofitas, they should have said something.

The place is horrible!! The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept in days! They have no napkins. They were out of veggies, no chips, no waters, the list went on. The lettuce looked like it was cut up days ago. The kitchen looks less than cleanly. Would NOT recommend this location

Today marked the third time that I placed a mobile order only to get to the store at time of pickup and find the doors locked. When I motioned for staff to show them that I had a confirmed order I was given the customer service line to call for a refund and was told they had to close early due to lack of staffing. This location has gone downhill significantly since the start of the pandemic.
Between inability to accept online orders, terrible hours that are inconsistent, and staff that would rather lock the doors than fulfill orders I can’t comprehend how this location is even still open at all. Most days they are closed before 6:00 PM if open at all. Online ordering is always noted as “not accepted at this time.” It is entirely unacceptable to confirm and accept payment for food and then lock your doors and hand a customer a number to call.
I have been a customer and local regular at this location for years and after today I have certainly had enough and won’t be returning. The pandemic has been tough on us all but this goes beyond any backlash from COVID-19.

I've made my last visit. It's time to close this location.Too bad We were regulars for years.Walked out for the 2nd time.Place was too dirty.Most of the food pans were empty. The meat that was left in the pans was black.There appeared to be only 2 people working there.I'm very aware of the labor situation.But to operate like this you're going to permanently going to lose customers.And the people who order on line and don't see their food until after they leave,I feel bad for them.I feel bad for a once great place to eat.
