Good luck dressing your 15$ salad unless you order like 26 dressing cups. What a joke *update- wife tells me she had to throw away 3/4ths of her salad on Tuesday because they barely gave her any dressing only 1 cup, filled like mine. Seriously don’t order from here, even ordering extra will not be close to enough *** update on the update- gave westborough Panera another go, not sure how they are doing portion sizing on the warm bowls, but see pic to find out what you get

Ordered pickup, got email it was ready. Used app to let them know we were there. Waited 5-10 minutes without anyone coming out. Myself and the guy in the next car walked in and took it off the counter. No one around, no customers waiting, staff joking around in the back. Tried calling later to complain, no one answered the phone. Foods okay, had ordered here quite a bit, but making people wait like that when you say it’s ready is poor performance. Updated: experience since then have been good, so upped to a 4 star

Whoever the young kid working the drive thru-is on Saturday afternoons…you need to train for customer service skills. Ordered a vanilla iced latte with almond milk. Pretty simple order. He puts whip on it without even asking and then when I tell him I didn’t know there was whip and ask for it without nicely, he doesn’t apologize but just looks annoyed? He then gives me a new drink with no ice in it, looking like he just took off the whip and poured the drink into a new cup. It tasted awful but I didn’t have the time to deal with it at that point. I also asked for almond milk because I don’t do dairy FYI. Definitely could use improvement in their staff overall…
