This location is attached to a Pilots Travel Center and the lobby’s actually open (they have a drive through too). I’m a fan of there Giro but seldom have had one since most of their locations keep there lobby closed. My rig doesn’t fit through the drive through. Anyhow, o enjoyed my giro and the service was nice and friendly.

Fries cold and old. My two beef and cheddars without any sauce or cheese. Management doesn’t seem to address the problems that have been on going for a long time. This is obvious by the same reviews just like this one. Been to this location multiple times and it has not changed.

5 stars for service: employees conducted themselves extremely professional, kept their composure, and were genuinely friendly when cranky customers growled at them. They handled that moment extremely well. Excellent work.

The places inside the pilot really nice really big and service is really good food as always is amazing very much recommended everyone to eat here so you can start eating a little more healthier had number 2 with a turkey and a Diet Coke really good

Arby’s at this location starts their lunch at 0940. Didn’t know that was the norm? Is it because all these people got lazy during COVID? Too bad.

The food sucked, the curly fries tasted like they had been in heater all day, the employee that I delt with was cussing, ever other word from his mouth was a cuss word..

I have never been to an arby's and been this grossed out. The meat was dry and yellow at the edges. Looks like it was expired or something. I do not recommend going here.
