2nd Street Deli

The food is pretty good and mostly affordable. The setting is really nice, tucked into the back of the Rainbow Casino. The waitress did a pretty good job of keeping my drink topped off but she didn’t seem like she really enjoyed her job. The food came out very quick, like within less than 10 minutes of ordering. I got the Texas Chili Burger and it was really good. Overall not a bad place for a meal.

We have dined in here a few times and it seems like one person or the other gets something of quality, but never both at the same time. The food is good if you happen to stumble on something good at that time. I suggest the Philly cheese steak sandwich, best so far. We do like dining in at the Primo since we normally stay at the Rainbow, It's just easier sometimes to eat at the same hotel you are staying in for the convenience. I would love to have given a 5 star but this place does need to have the banana split available after 10pm so my drunk butt can eat ice cream before I passing out...

So disappointing. The appetizer platter was odd, the chicken fried steak was grisly, and the ribeye was just... sad. Nothing was even close to worth what we paid and the service was bafflingly bad considering there was probably enough staff running around to individually serve each table at the restaurant. We loved the casino, but we will plan our meals elsewhere in the future.

Great restaurant! This place hand really large variety of times that ranged fr breakfast, to lunch, to dinner served all day. The staff here was super friendly and attentive. The food came out at a reasonable time and was seasoned well. We ordered the Chicken Alfredo Au Gratin and the Texas Chili Burger both with side salads and they were great! Would definitely recommend if you are at the Peppermill Casino and do not want to eat at the Buffet.
