Subway

Google says the business updated their info 1 week ago. It states dine in and take-out. It also states that they close at 9. We arrive at 7pm. There is a sign on the door stating their "temporary hours they will be closing at 8pm". It doesn't not state dining room closed anywhere, yet the door was locked and we could not dine in. As we were forced to go through the drive thru we were told their soda machine was down for the night. (If you read through the 1 star comments for this business, apparently that's nothing new.) They definitely are in need of some structure and better management. Edit: they were also unable to toast sandwiches for like a month.

Worst Subway ever! I order a double meat spicy Italian and get MAYBE half the meat you would on a normal sub. I was able to count the salami, a whole whopping 5 pieces on a foot long. When I called they suggested I drive back and get it fixed, which is a 35 minute drive EACH way. Then they suggest I call back tomorrow to talk to a manager, because I know of absolutely 0 stores that don't have a manager at all times. So do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's out in front instead.

The most rude employees I have ever encountered. They were rude to the people in front of us and the woman behind us. They literally had a nasty attitude about me asking for them to NOT chop my salad. Then started tearing my meat with her hands. What part of “I don’t want it chopped or tore” can you not understand? Definitely will never return there.

Service was great but i was not allowed to pick my own pizza cheese topping due to the regional manager changing whatever she wants to when she wants to may have to stop going to this subway if this is going to keep happening also the last time i was there that regional manager constantly griped about her younger employees not professional of her at all
