Man… SMH. First time here and never again. Service and all was great no issues there but my expectations from the reviews and people who enjoy this chain were high. Definitely not for me. But maybe it’s your thing. Added a star because staff was kind.

The food is always good & the staff is nice, but man they seem understaffed, every time I use the drive through wether it is 6pm or 11pm it’s always a 20+ minute wait with cars around the building. Not blaming the staff, because I assume they’re overworked and overwhelmed, but it keeps me from going often.

Best fast-food option in the Buffalo area! Tacos, burritos, nachos - veggies, meat or vegan. Mighty always delivers. The kids love the classic, sweet Loganberry drink. Great for Taco Tuesday or any day! 🌮🌮

Store is an absolute joke when it comes to door dash orders. If you were considering ordering from this store on door dash, either tip your driver and be prepared to wait 45 minutes for your food.

We had a massive order, and I was taken care of by the manager there. She made sure every single item was correct (we have a few "modifications" lol) and took the time to check the food & package every item grouped to each person it was for (my son, daughter, husband & me). All the staff were friendly & courteous. Food is delicious, as always! Today, the extra care that manager showed me was above & beyond. She deserves recognition by upper management for the high standards of quality, consistency & also kindness. It really went a long way today! Great job, team! 🌮😋😊💯
