Papa Johns Pizza

Horrible pizza horrible service and ther person they have answering the phone used profanity when I asked for a refund. I had to call back numerous times after being on hold for over ten mins. I literally had to argue for a refund. I really wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. When my pizza arrived it wasn't even cooked and the extra sauce I paid for wasn't even inside the box. Sébastien or whoever his name is on the phone definitely isn't professional he shouldn't even have a job. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The boy answering the phone has absolutely no manners, I asked for a deliver and he said no, then I asked for a pickup and he said no. I called back several and asked to speak to owner or manger and he just put me on hold. I can see that the reviews are not good. The owner should really think before continuing to have this boy on the phone working for him if he wants to keep his business going. Detestable service.
