Excellent coffee shop/restaurant. Simple and sophisticated with a beautiful outdoor dining area.
I’ve enjoyed the Jalapeño Scramble Sandwich, the Salmon Sandwich and The Chloe Omelette.
The Carrot Cake is divine.
This is a great neighborhood spot that deserves recognition for doing what they do very well.

It’s a perfect spot to hang out and have brunch. They offer quality food, great service and awesome price. I love the bohemian atmosphere with a great Latin pop rock selection. I loved the theme and the presentation and would def recommend it to anybody who wants to go to a different spot and have a great quality time. I fully support this kind of alternative business.

We as a church family love Parker. The environment is friendly. The place is clean. The food is great. The coffee is solid. We highly recommend the Parker and the owner and staff are very accommodating!

Cool vibe with more seating in the back. The owner was very welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere. The food options looked tasty; I only got their latte which was ok. I easily found street parking nearby but I went early in the morning. Overall great experience.

Was in the area and man, was this food really good! I had the Choripan and the French Toast. The Choripan was really savory with the right amount of spice.
Don't normally write reviews, but this is a must have if you are in union city. Has backyard and dining space, nice for solo or dates.

I really enjoyed it here. You get a posh vibe but in WNY. The atmosphere is welcoming and chic. It was nice to feel small town vibes even though you're surrounded by the city. Food was on point. Made my order quick and you can see the chef, he is out in the open which is nice. Portions are generous, which is great they don't skimp on the food. Coffee was good, not burnt or left out for too long. A bit on the pricey side but they make up for it on quality and portions. A nice breakfast/ brunch spot if you're looking for something chill.

First impressions matter! The warm welcome and quaint setup was followed by a delicious “huevo rancheros” with chorizo and a vanilla latte. The open plan kitchen topped my experience as such a mark of confidence that I am guaranteed to visit again. Thank you!

The drinks are a little small for what you’re paying. A matcha with almond milk was $9. The food was fantastic. Huge portions and really good quality. The avocado toast with egg was delicious!
