Johnny's Pizza House

First off, let me say, I have been going to Johnny's for years. I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks for delivery. Gave them specific instructions for each pizza, the rep read it back to me twice and the workers flipped it. My father's pizza was supposed to be well done with light sauce and it wasn't and the other pizza was well done and wasnt supposed to be. The things I can compliment are the breadsticks and the driver. The driver was very nice and friendly and deserving of her tip. Please advise the workers to follow the instructions given on the orders. My ticket was right, they just didn't pay attention

Been eating Johnny’s for years and no other pizza chain in Monroe/West Monroe area. I’m so disappointed that it isn’t just certain locations with bad service and food, it’s pretty much all. This location is far out and we decided to get lunch here today. Told on the phone it would be ready in 25 minutes, that was not true. Get the pizza and it’s burned and the flip was burned and didn’t even have sauce on it. When I went back to the window, the young female got defensive, said it isn’t burned that’s how they come. Correction: it’s my money and my food and if you can’t tell a pizza has cheese on it then it’s burned in my eyes! I was offered a cup of pizza sauce for the flip. I let Johnnys have $14 of mine because it wasn’t even worth being disrespected or having a employee refuse to make our visit better. I can definitely assure you, we are done with Johnnys.

Lunch time for my coworkers. No one in the location was sociable. No hi, thank you for coming, have a nice day or anything. The Lady at the counter was not helpful at all. The pizza had a gourmet pizza Price with a buffet pizza taste, more like Cici’s pizza. The pizza “did not taste bad” it was just expensive for the overall taste. The overall look of the location was nice, spacious and modern. There was some debris on the tables and under tables from customers that we’re just not courteous enough to pick up the trash. Was not horrible but would have been one easy sweep for the employees. Overall I would return to this location but it would not be my first choice.

It's an okay chain pizza place. It's clean inside the crust was pretty good, woman behind counter wasn't exactly rude but seemed rushed and wasn't very helpful. Don't care for the way they cut their pizza, and I thought for the experience and what you get, it's overpriced. Meh... Just average rating from me.

What can u say about Johnny’s, I’ve been eating Johnny’s my whole life at a few different locations, this one probably has the friendliest staff, Luv seeing the young generation working and making it happen, food was excellent as always, some ppl say it’s a lil overpriced and I agree but there’s an old saying, YOU GET WAT U PAY FAR, 5 ⭐️ All the way around… Keep up the good job.👍🏽
