You can read below of my very first experience with this restaurant and it was a one star review......not now. I guess that was a rare instance of nothing working out right. Anyway, I have been back twice for a unique sandwich experience and it was off the chart! It's a wide variety of proven recipes that you can't find anywhere else! This time I had the hot honey warm turkey wrap. The sauce alone would make a gym shoe taste good. And the sandwich was an orchestra of well balanced flavor....it was outstanding! The cruddy "isolated incident" review follows....... I called in an order for a wrap and some cookies. I had a little trouble getting there, but I did arrive at 1:45 at the pick up window. The girl on the phone said they close at 2:00. After a couple of minutes at the window, no one came (the window looks like it hasn't really been used in ages). So I backed up and parked in front. It was now 1:50. The doors were locked. I called the number twice....no answer. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME!!!! I would give it negative stars but that's not an option. If you don't really have drive thru, don't say you do. And if you close at 1:45, say so! The menu is a great idea and the store location is on a busy area. It's sad that so much potential falls apart and fails.

I was looking at coming to this restaurant while in town for a concert since there are good reviews. I could not get through on the phone, so I'm not sure it's even open. It would be nice to at least have a voice message with hours since on the internet there are multiple open hours listings, some of which did not fit my schedule.

Went to drive thru. Although I was only customer, I was refused service. They stated that they don't take orders at drive thru. I replied that there was no one else in line! They replied you will have to come inside if you want service. They only do pickups there. I never went back and never will! This happened around a year ago.
