The picture is just of the maduros which were excellent. We also ordered nachos locos, a grande burrito and the arroz con pollo meal. Everything was sooo good my kids and I loved it. The portions and prices are awesome, the staff was great. The cook Mateo did his thing lol thanks guys. We’ll be back!!

Great food for a great price. The owner is an absolute delight! So friendly and they provide excellent service. The food is delicious and the serving sizes are definitely giving. I highly recommend Ruby Rose, especially being in a town like West Milford. I have lived there my entire life but the food options are generally Italian and....Italian. Ruby Rose is a wonderful and flavorful addition. My favorite place to eat!

excellent authentic food! There is something to try for all. I have a vegetarian in the family and they have them covered too with their awesome veggie wraps. My son loves the burritos! And my husband loves the cuban sandwich! The owner and his son go above and beyond and work very hard. The portions are so generous. Try them out, so happy we have a place in town that is not the same old, same old.

Worst tacos I ever had!!! I am not exaggerating when I tell you the taco shells smelt and literally taste like peanut butter. I will never go back there again!!!

Fantastic food, fantastic employees, I go there at least twice a week.
The tacos and chimichangas are delicious and I can't get enough of their chipotle mayo.
Would highly recommend to anyone in there area looking for quality Mexican food.

I love the Taco Tuesdays at this place. The owner is very friendly too. Chicken and carnitas are my faves. I definitely enjoy my "Tamarindo Jarrito", even though they do not always have it, as customers do not consume it much (ya"ll are missing on it...it tastes yum)
