Applebee's

My dining experience was excellent. We sat at the bar and the bartender was truly amazing! I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary and he made me a fantastic one garnished with a heaping amount of crispy bacon, a lime, several olives and a giant jalapeño! It was delicious and so pretty! I had a cheeseburger with jalapeños and it was quite yummy! The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because unfortunately they were understaffed. But that could've very well been out of their control. The bartender had total control of the situation. He did an excellent job considering the short staffing issues. He told the people who came in that there would be a slight wait. They had great soul music on. Everything was clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Understand that I'm a server and bartender.. there is no way I would let any guests sit for a hour and not speak.... I can take 8-10 tables and be attentive... Please hire better managers for you had one schedule one server on Sunday and didn't even come in to help... At least 40 people had to walk out your door during my business meeting for lack of service. Very bad service I'll never come back

We waited over 30 minutes to get our carry out order that was supposed to be ready. The inside of the restaurant was very unkept. If we'd known the order wasn't ready...we would have left immediately. My grilled chicken was cold. The Blond Brownie which is supposed to be warm, was cold and hard. One positive thing...my broccoli was hot and delicious.

Waited for 20 minutes to be seated with only 8 people in the entire restaurant. Was told the manager was to busy to come out and talk to us after we were told the kitchen was backed up. We were the only ones that hadn't been waited on or served. We asked for drinks and was told the bartender had to do his to go orders first. I understand short staffed but this is be far the most horrible Applebee's I have ever visited and will NEVER GO BACK!!! Worst experience ever!!! Waitress had no clue were was going on with their own tables or in general. Step up your game

If I could put 0 stars I would! This place was terrible! The waitress wasn't friendly at all! Never apologized for running out of something. A buddy ordered a beer and by the time it got to the table was hot! One got their plate before the others and was nearly done with their food before the rest of us got our meal! It was only a group of 4! Worst place ever! Everyone was getting their food before us and they came in after us! Bathroom was dirty as well. Never even got refills and had to flag down another server to get some to go boxes.
