Don't let the outside fool you. This restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is very good. Prices are reasonable.

Favorite Mexican restaurant in West Memphis. Consistently great food and service. Fajitas Cho Cho are our favorite, something about that cheese stuck to the skillet. So good! Drinks are made well. Street tacos = win. Can't go wrong with anything you pick at Ameca.

Bought 2 Ranchero with Chicken and Shrimp specials on this past Sunday and the pictures below show that they cooked some animal or rodent that wasn't chicken, forgot to cut it up/shred it, and knowingly put the entire animal/rodent in my food. I've cooked chicken a million times and never has it looked like the inside if whatever this is. I'm serious about my food. I spend my hard earned money on food and end up throwing it all in the trash and the amount of anger that I feel when I receive food like this is extremely abnormal and I have to literally force myself to stay home because there's no telling what will happen if I go back. This is one place I will never in my life eat again. I wouldn't recommend this place to humans. Everyone doesn't eat rats, cats, and dogs, I mean pets and I think you should advertise the food for what it really is and not what you want the customers to believe it is!

Hardworking friendly staff. Food is always very good. We eat here several times a month whether it's dine in or take out. They give you plenty of food and we enjoy it very much. I recommend the Faja papa, nachos ameca, concha special mixed and #10 combo. 🙂

This is my family's first encounter with Ameca. I called and was thrown off with the answering of the telephone "hello". Companies answer with "Thank you for calling....company's name. I proceed to tell him I don't see a menu and he stated we don't have one online. Ok, fine. I then proceed to ask him if I could place a to-go order. His words to me "come in cause I'm not about to guess what you want". I inform him that I know what I want and he states again "I'm not about to guess". I then informed him that "I didn't ask you to guess". Customer service is the most critical element for a business. I hung up feeling horrible for trying to spend MY hard earned money in their establishment. The customer service my family received on our very first order, was NOT satisfactory. It was GHETTO. We will NEVER order from Ameca again.

I asked for a quesadilla, I got a torilla with shredded chicken. I have had that at other restaurants and it's nothing like that at all. It had no flavor and the manager was so rude.
