2021 : They now offer vegetarian fried rice and support requests for cooking vegetarian items separately without cross contamination. 2019 We went there on a Saturday night. They add an 18% gratuity irrespective of whether you like the food or service. We were only a party of 4. Chopsticks were unfriendly. Very limited vegetarian options and the non vegetarian menu is barbaric enough to gross out any normal human being.

You can enjoy many kinds of authentic Chinese dishes! The food is a bit expensive so I recommend you visit with a large group of people so that you can share multiple dishes while splitting the money.

This is a decent place near Purdue campus to enjoy chinese food. The food is slightly on the oily side, but it tastes good. The restaurant is well maintained and big, and the service is quite good.

Legit Chinese food. If you're into spicy foods/have a mala (numbing spiciness) craving this is your place to go. Non spicy items are also legit, China-level chef good. Give the chef recommended items a try (like the Xinjiang style chicken)! Pretty difficult to find even in dense large US cities. They are pricier but often much larger in portions that you can eat over a few days. All in all great value for the quality

Update 1: This is update after my third visit. I found servers now understand English well enough and food quality is great. The portion size is generous. I highly recommend to try hot and sour soup and my favorite stone pot fish. But the stir fried chicken was not up to the mark. I think in general fish variety are better than chicken here. Review 1: This is one of the few descent Chinese restaurants in West Lafayette. The food was good and very large menu. I deducted 1 star for mediocre service and lack of English speaking skills. But I recommend this place for good food. The best dish they serve is definitely a hot pot. I was accompanied by a Chinese friend and ordering was easier. We selected two broths for our hot-pot, and then 3 options for meat, fish and tofu. The hot-pot was huge and flavorful. They serve with raw meat and vegetables, which you put in hot-pot, it cooks in the broth within minutes, and you can relish on it. Meat gets the taste of the broth which is full of different spices and vegetables. You can also order dipping sauce as side. Our hot-pot took around 45 minutes to arrive in busy Friday evening. But my Chinese friend suggested it's common in China to have laid back meals. So keep plenty of time in your hand if you want to try hot-pot. Other traditional dishes were served quickly. You pay at the counter usually. Don't wait for the servers to pick-up the checks. The English speaking was problem here, but I would definitely return to try different option.

Good food and large portion size. The Chicken fried rice was a bit bland but the spicy chicken wings were great. The place is pretty pricey. The service is pretty poor. They could hardly understand my order so I ended up ordering by pointing out at the numbers on the menu. They could also not tell me what kind of meat was included in one of their dish. I ended up ordering a takeout instead. Overall good food with poor service.

The food was good but the staff didn't seem to care much. If you're dining in is recommend trying somewhere different.

Very authentic Chinese cuisine! I had some very spicy dishes so be prepared for a next level spice if you’re not used to eating Chinese dishes. Kinda pricey but it is better with a group. I will go back here again in the future
