Panda Express

Half filled family meal for full price, can't even get the order right. Ordered 2 chow mein and got one (3/4 full) fried rice one chow mein. :( After a month of complain to their company they gave my money back. Actually their food is quite good compare to other local Chinese restaurant around this town. Sure I'll be back.

I'm strictly a doordash driver but am in here picking up deliveries quite a bit. Which is very unorganized. They keep the orders behind the cash registers and you have to wait around for someone to acknowledge you and ask for the name. They need to update this for delivery and online orders. Put a shelf in the dining area the way that every other place has. They can also be extremely slow at preparing orders for us. Other than that there is literally no parking aside from curbside across the street which is always full up so be prepared to walk a ways to get here if you cant get a parking space curbside.

I was picking up an order and when I arrived the manager Enrique informed me that they were waiting to start the order until they confirmed that I was going to be able to pick it up. I was not happy about having to wait another 20 minutes but I did not say anything negative to them. The manager began to lecture me about my attitude even though I had not said anything negative to them. The order was canceled and I left. He followed me out of the restaurant yelling across the street at me threatening to banned me from the restaurant if I came back with a bad attitude. I return to the restaurant a few days later to pick up another order and the manager refused to give me the order and threatens to banned me from the restaurant again despite the fact that, again, I did not say or do anything negative or disruptive. Since he was refusing to give me the order enjoying his power trip I left. I will not return to this location and I do not recommend anyone eat at the store since the management is abusive to the customers

(delayed review) Got a carry out at the Panda Express on northwestern. Have to confess, I'm not a panda express person but it was really convenient. The food was what you'd expect, the restaurant is very clean and the staff was friendly. The price is reasonable for the amount of food that you get. The portion sizes for carry out are a bit smaller than the regular sized carry out box, I feel. But it's still a good deal. The person assisting me did forget about the silverware, but luckily I was taking the food home. Also, don't they do fortune cookies?

Every single time I go there the order is wrong or messed up. I really wish there was another panda close to campus, I even used to DoorDash and the waits would be over an hour long to pick up a single order. Long wait times, bad service, constant mess ups, the only redeeming quality is the foods good when they can get it right.
