I've been coming to this place since the day they opened. Not only is the food always spot on but the service is phenomenal. Everyone is always attentive. I don't have to wait hours until I get my water or food. I recommend this place to anyone who wants great sushi in Los Angeles.

Awesome atmosphere, great serve, wait to be seat can vary depending on the timenif day you go. Wide variety of sushi rolls there's plenty to choose from if you don't eat raw seafood. I like that the rolls aren't weighted down with a lot of rice. This way it gives you an opportunity to taste all the other ingredients in it. There's always more than enough selections to choose from for everyone on our table. The Happy hour menu is what we keep going back for. Prices are so good we can eat our fill and leave satisfied! "Krazy Rockin Sushi " you rock!

It's always happy hour which means 50% off on selected menu. My last visit here was ok compare to the previous one. Now i know i should only order regular sushi rolls and not the ones with a lot of stuff on top (ex:BSCR rolls). Service is always excellent, pretty attentive and friendly. Next time, i will try food from kitchen instead of sushi.

You know how there are songs out there that remind you of certain events in your life? Well, Crazy Rockin' Sushi is essentially the best "song" ever... Because it brings to mind so many memories I never want to forget, including:

- the way the juicy, fatty salmon skin tastes as it touches my lips...
- the saltiness of the warm edamame as it hits my taste buds
- the gooey, creamy texture and the sweetness of the unagi as I inhale it
- the crunchy, cool, yet smooth texture and taste of the house roll, as I savor every bite of the low carb (no rice) roll
- the kindness and nonjudgmental tones from all the waitstaff as I order 5 salmon skin hand rolls, 2 unagi hand rolls and a house roll... And then ask for extra ginger and tamari sauce.... Hey, I'm a paying (& probably their best/favorite) customer, so if they are in fact judging me, at least they have the decency of doing it behind my back... Or maybe they do in front of my face but I'm too engrossed with the massive amounts of salmon skin being "airplaned" into my mouth!

I have dreams of Crazy Rockin' Sushi, and I frequent this sushi restaurant at least 2 times a week! In fact, when I dine in/out, my order is known by heart by every employee there (I'm a huge creature of habit) and is started the second I walk through the doors!

It's safe to say that I whole heartedly recommend Crazy Rockin' Sushi... The ONLY thing I wish: that they offered DELIVERY!

This is one of my all time favorite places to network with people in the music and film industry. Setting business meetings at this restaurant is pretty easy and I always rub shoulders with producers, writer, models, agents, celebrities, and etc. This is one of the best spots in Hollywood to solicit your business without being a pest. Rock'N Sushi is located in West Hollywood at the corner of Santa Monica and La Brea, next to the Hollywood Gateway Plaza. They're always busy, which shows that I am not the only one that thinks this place is cool. I like that the waiters and hostess are all Japanese. As soon as you walk in, they greet you by shouting "irashaimase", which means welcome in Japanese. It gives off a great vibe and the waiters are constantly picking up you dirty plates and asking if everything is okay. A great deal of teamwork is showcased here. I love going into a restaurant where the waiter, that's not assigned to your table, comes by to pick up your dirty dishes. I wouldn't call this place huge. It's pretty small but the layout makes it feel comfortable. With my quick measurements, this place can't be bigger than 800 square feet. However, most places in Hollywood are about this big or even smaller. The ambiance is medium high, presuming that it's this way, because of the square footage. The lighting fixtures are Asian inspired with red and black Japanese writing. The ceiling is covered with Japanese blossoms in red and black. The sushi is fresh, well prepared, and is cut with precision. The lighting sets a romantic feeling but also a great place to have dinner with the girls. Over by the sushi bar, there is a huge flat screen TV for the sports fans. The entire restaurant is covered in dark cherry wood furniture. The menu is spectacular. They have over 20 different kinds of Sashimi and Sushi Roll dishes. They also have a great selection of dinner plates like noodles, salads, and exotic appetizers. I recommend trying the Baked Spicy Salmon Roll, Philadelphia Roll, Spicy Tuna, and the Dragon Roll.

My last visit was exuberant. As I walked in, the couple next to me, were chucking down Oyster Shots and Sake bombing. The oyster shots looked enticing, but I declined the friendly guys offer to try it, simply because I'm not keened to swallowing mouthfuls of raw oyster in two milliseconds. But I did take a quick picture of the oyster shot. Furthermore, this place caters to all levels of sushi lovers. I consider myself a sushi roll type. On occasion, I' ll order a few pieces of Sashimi. The wine and beer selection is extensive. They offer all types of Sake drinks and different flavors. They tender a few mid-grade types of wine such as; Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinto Grigio, and Plum Wine. The Asian beers are great. I have tried the Chamisui and the Yebitsu in the past, very light, and tasty. My meal started with a glass of Chardonnay, a bottle of Pellegrino, Miso Soup, Edamame, Seaweed Salad and Fried Oysters. The food came pretty fast I only had a few minutes and the food was ready. While eating my second order of Spicy Tuna and Baked Spicy Salmon, I met a woman that works for Paramount, and she invited me to tour the studio with her on my days off. This place is not as elegant as my favorite sushi spots Katsuya, Nabu, or Kabuki. However, because of the great customer service, this place is on the top of my list and customer service so important to me. You can find the regular studio employees grabbing a few drinks and taking advantage of the "All Day" happy hour prices. Within the last week I've visited this place three times. Definitely a good place for a quick fix of Sushi and Sake.

I can’t remember the last time I ate a whole sushi plate this fast, so freaking sumptuous! Their shishito peppers makes me wonder what kind of sauce they used cause it was tasty, their udon are so comforting, their tempura was great, the teriyaki could have been better with better rice. But overall it’s such a FIRE meal. 🔥🔥🔥

The fish is fresh, the happy hour is nice, but no oysters!!!! We got the zen roll, West Hollywood roll and the Ebisu Shashimi. It was just enough for 2 of us. The rolls were delicious. The sauces were delicious, the fish was amazing and the services was impeccable. We were sat quickly, water glass never ran dry and the food came out quickly. Would definitely return and eat again no questions asked. Paid about $50 per person.

Very nice sushi spot with cute decorations! The restaurant is a bit small, but I think it’s pretty nice for a date spot. The wait staff were quick and very attentive to us. The sushi was very tasty and they had some good deals for the sushi. Highly recommend the super caterpillar roll if you come here! The hot sake was pretty good too if you come on a rainy or cold day.

This might have been the best sushi I've ever had! The fish is fresh and the rolls are craft fully made. My boyfriend and I stopped by late (9 pm) on a Friday night, and they were able to seat and serve us immediately. The food arrived within minutes of ordering, which was incredible. Both their basic and special rolls are delicious and unique. Even the seaweed salad was good. We were just visiting the area, but if I lived here, we'd probably come here on a weekly or monthly basis. YUM
