This subway is consistently horrible. Today was the last straw when I ordered a six inch with bacon and only got two pieces of bacon and two slices of tomato. Come on. My sandwich didn’t have hardly any ingredients in it. Not the best way to cut costs. I’m not returning to this location.

Arrived 15 minutes before they were closing in this treated as if we were the first customers of the day. The two men that served as that evening were released helpful, friendly and professional, and our food was still fresh.

May 5th. Just tried to get a sub. There was a pink colored haired female weirdo. She was extremely rude from the beginning. At the end when i said I'm all set for no dressing or no drink she thought i said " i need salt" started putting salt on my sub. Once i tried to correct her she started to shake her head and cursing. It's really sad to have to deal with people with poor manners for a sub. What kind of a business and costumer service was that?

Thursday, Dec 10. Ordered through online app at 7.40(I have the receipt & confirmation email) reached the restaurant 7.50 & saw the Open sign was off but employee was inside. Called from outside & lady said we are closed. I told her I placed an order online & I got charged, she says I didn’t make your sandwich so they will not charge you. I got charged & it shows on my Bank statement if you guys want to see.

Friendly fast service. I have been to this location a few times now and it is always clean and well stocked. They have always gotten my food correct and even when there is a line they usually handle it very quickly. Ladies restroom was also very clean.

Subway in W. Haven just over the bridge. The two people working get 5 stars each ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they were awesome!! made me an excellent grinder and we had a good conversation about the documentary Forks Over Knives. The restrooms however leave MUCH to be desired !!! The women's restroom was out of order so I had to use the men's restroom which had a toilet that had one bolt holding it down and came off of the floor twice on one side!!! Seriously?!!! Owner, you need to take care of your store!!!
