Good food and friendly staff! I would recommend stopping in for a quick and hearty meal. Selection is good also!

If "it" rolls downhill, then this place rolls and lands into a pot of gold. It begins with the ownership and I can honestly say that from the top down; these folks genuinely CARE for their customers satisfaction. Nuff said.

If it weren’t for the Maid-Rite, there would be hardly anything left of the food court at Valley West Mall. The mall is clearly in its death throes, but the Maid-Rite brought us in on our way through DSM. The quintessential Iowa fast food that we cannot get in Colorado. :)

Food was great. The couple of guys working behind the counter were very polite and chipper. Seemed like they really enjoy what they're doing or at least making their best effort. Even took their time to peak through the window and thank the cleaning lady which isn't something you normally see from a couple of young guys.

It was super busy, as it's in the mall and Christmas season. Food was soooo good and staff was SOOO kind! It's not often you go to grab a quick bite to eat and think, "damn, that was an incredibly pleasant experience". Yay.

The Brisket and hot cheese sandwich was very tasty and hot. Coleslaw was creamy and tasty as well.

Food was fast and great. Service was even better. Brian was very courteous. 5 stars! Also noticed Brian keeping busy between customers. Hard workers seem few and far between.

I wish I had gotten the guys' names working that day. They were very nice. Even everyone else I saw him work with in the line he was nice to. It's refreshing to see younger people care about their job and what they are doing there. I could hear them joking around in the back, but it wasn't in a rude way. The food of course was really good as well, but I felt like the service was what rounded it off really well.

Absolutely the best place to shop for crafts & seasonal home decor. The food is good & ice cream shakes are the Best! Served in the old fahioned style. Only a little on the pricey$$ side.
