We come here almost every weekend for brunch (hence all my pictures). It’s the best brunch place in the area and we love it, but it’s never consistent.
Sometimes the poached eggs are over cooked, we have to try to flag down our waitress, then it takes ten minutes for new eggs.
Sometimes the waffle is not fluffy and more dry than usual.
Many times, we have to ask another waitress to find our waitress because she doesn’t even come to check on our table at all to see if we need anything.
Like I said we love roots but we wish it was more consistent with both food and service.

Roots has always been a stellar place for breakfast and lunch, so I was quite excited to finally have dinner there. For apps, we had a spicy pork belly that was generous in portion and delicious in taste. It was spicy and sweet and crispy, we really enjoyed it. For our mains, I got the fish of the day, and my husband got the roasted chicken. Both were cooked fine, but really lacked in overall flavor and color. It was just bland, brown and disappointing.

Amazing!!! Super cute but small inside seating, warm and cozy. Bloody Mary was on point, perfect amount of horseradish.
The pork belly Benedict just oozed flavor!! With warm apples and corn bread. This was a different approach to the Benedict, and the executed it well.

Food was very good and servers were very polite. Nice homey feel to the whole place. I ordered the house lemonade, and it tasted like it was made with real lemons. Went for breakfast and was not disappointed, can't wait to try this place at lunch. I highly recommend going here, but be warned, it is a bit pricey since all their food is organic.

Had my graduation dinner here tonight- everything was delicious! The cocktails were great especially the jalapeño margarita. We had the max and cheese, salmon and chicken and all were fantastic! Finally the vegan gluten free brownie was very good as well. Service was great. Everything was perfect and I can’t remember the last time I had such a great meal. Ten stars!

Brunch here is amazing! Great service and incredible food! Sausage gravy and biscuits are my favorite, and get a mimosa with it!! The staff is amazing and it’s a super great environment! (plus the food always looks amazing so if you want to take pictures of your for instagram, it’s the best place to go)
