HORRIBLE Experience!!! I went thru the drive thru with my mother and fiancée. Placed our order when we got to the window we were not greeted properly and our coffee was made incorrectly. When I explained to the worker that our order was wrong she got a whole attitude. When my fiancée went to pay, the worker snatched the debit card right out of her hand. When the worker returned to the window my fiancée asked for her name. The worker got so angry and asked if we would like her social security number as well. Then the worker proceeded to throw my debit card right back in my car in an aggressive manner. I was so appalled by her behavior. I went into the store asked for her name because she was not wearing a name tag and began to explain to her that what she just did was very rude and that she should not treat customers like that. She began to be even more rude and even started to swear at me. She told me to leave as if I was causing a problem and then she called the police. I asked her to call her manager as well and she refused. After a few minutes of going back and forth with this woman who did not care about other customers she had or what she did I left. I got home a few minutes later and the police were at my house again I was so appalled. I explained to them what happened. I have never ever experienced such an emotional distressing situation like this before. I am disappointed and disgusted with her behavior. Never ever will I go there again.

Went here on 12/6/2020, nearly 9 months into the pandemic. Went through the drive thru, and noticed the employee making our food/coffee wasn't wearing a mask. While at the window, we asked the employee to wear a mask, especially when handling food, and because there is a mask mandate in MA. He proceeded to slam the windows on us and walked away.
