Dunkin'

Okay, I NEVER rate places with one star - folks have bad days, so I try to be understanding, but I just had a pretty ridiculous interaction via drive-thru. You know how when you ask your teenager to load the dishwasher, they do it so bad that you just sigh and, like, do it yourself? That's what just happened here. I asked for a specific amount of non-dairy creamer and when I received my coffee, there was less than expected, so I asked for an amendment. I was brought over a cup 3/4ths full of non-dairy creamer and was asked if it was enough. I said it was too much, and the service person said that they had filled it halfway with creamer the first time. Which, I'll call out as untrue; I budget Dunkin into my paycheck and have a 'standard order'. When the coffee was brought back, there was even less creamer than the first coffee. So I just kinda sighed, drove up the street half-a-mile to another Dunkin, where my order was no problem at all.

The employees here are very friendly and the coffee and food are of excellent quality. The only negative is that the drive thru time needs to improve. It is incredibly consistently slow even if I'm not in a hurry to get to work. I usually order on the go so that my order is ready when I arrive, but always seem to have 5 or more cars ahead of me even in the mid afternoon. Would be nice if they could add curbside delivery for on the go orders to avoid the wait in the drive thru line.

I dont knw if there under staffed, underpaid, but it's the worst I've ever seen this past week as far as long long long drive-thru wait times. And yes, as usual, the lovely folks at DD's headquarters in Canton,MA have yet to return ANY of my complaint calls. Not once. Ever. P.S. If u go to most DD's after 3ish and order pretty much any type of frozen drink. Most Likely you will get this response. " We cant make frozen drinks rite now. The machine is down." B.S.
