Subway

My fiancée went in to pick up for a mobile order and they barely filled the sub with the toppings I ordered, bread was burnt, and they didn’t even put my sauce on the sub. When I called back to complain, I was speaking to a female manager and she just said “oh, I’m sorry.” Then said nothing else. I asked her if she wanted me to bring the sub back in so I could have it remade and she told me no. She didn’t offer me a store credit either. Terrible customer service and terrible quality of food. I will be going to the other subway in town from now on.

It's located inside Walmart, the service was okay. I fill they need to improve the bread quality here. Quantity inside the sub is okay as well, less compared to other subways. There were 2 people (both were girls) who were doing the job and none of them was wearing a mask, which was concerning. We went first to the Subway that was located inside the gas station in the town of West Branch, but same story that place was more concerning then this one. Overall, the subway in West Branch needs to improve.

Terrible . This is the second time going there since summer . The lemonade machine was running all over the counter , last time it was iced tea and no ice in the machine . This time the vegetables looked like they had been there forever and the two tables behind us were dirty . Also listened to the employees complaining about not getting enough hours the entire time we were there . I'm not sure why we stayed but I won't be back .

The person that waited on us was Courtney R. We first waited about 10 minutes to even get waited on then I ask for light pickles she piles them on. I wanted tomato’s but they were nasty looking and had other food all over them. My boyfriend ordered a sub lightly toasted she did not. He had to repeat his sauces four different times. The place is nasty and way to slow was not impressed they need better staff

The lady assembling our food did not listen, and wrapped my sandwich before I was finished with it, then went off to the next customer. The guy at the cash register was rude and combined our check without asking. He continued to be rude when we were explaining the obvious on how to split it. Go to the Shell Subway next door.
