Terrible customer service at this location! Even the manager is unprofessional and dishonest. I left a bad review about our terrible experience June of 2020. The very next day I received a nice apologetic email from someone named Andrew Brown who claimed that this location was “his store” and he was very sorry for our poor experience. He expressed his sympathy and apologies, and asked for my mailing address to “make the situation right.” I responded, and never heard from him again! I even said I wouldn’t let one bad experience keep us from returning to this location. We have visited the store before, and at the time planned to visit again. My wife and I stopped in and ordered two sandwiches last week, and the order did get made correctly, but the staff are rude, and either under trained or hate their job. I guess attitude reflects leadership, and if the owner/manager is dishonest and unprofessional, we cannot expect his employees to be any better. Visit at your own risk. You would think stopping in at a sandwich shop to get a quick bite to eat would be pretty easy and uneventful. You will wish you’d gone elsewhere.

I mobile order. Some sandwich artists struggle with getting it out on time and more than once I've waited for the line to clear. Update to review- visited last week. Staff was unfriendly and bickering in front of customers. Was charged for a bag of chips I didn't ask for. Convenient location is the only reason I will continue to visit.
