Wonderful Chinese food. Interior decor is very nice. A great place to have an authentic Chinese meal for all ages. Return visit expected.

Had my usual Sweet and Sour Chicken was just okay. I was expecting it be same or better than one up the road. I liked other better an it came with soup choice and egg roll, for less cost. Atmosphere at China Inn was nice, not too crowded but busy for 5‐6 p.m. on a Friday.

First time here. Very nice interior. Main floor of old hotel. Menu offered a variety. Meal included hot tea, soup, rice and fortune cookies. Very well prepared. Server was very friendly and helpful.

I have been coming here since I was young. My dad used to bring me here. The food is good. A bit hit or miss on certain things. Portions of rice could be bigger. The decor is odd. Very old school china and dollie. Makes you feel a bit out of place in jeans and a tee. Entrance to the restaurant is thru the shared building so that is also a bit odd but this is probably the best Chinese in this area.

Food was good. Service was really fast. I ordered a dish that was marked as spicy and I couldn't really taste any spiciness. Nothing a little Sriracha couldn't fix.

Best Chinese in area. Love the Mongolian beef. We drove from Houghton Lake because our Chinese restaurants there are horrible. Husband gets the almond chicken and it’s different than most places. He loves it. So good!

Love, love, love this place. My husband has an allergy and they accommodate him over and above. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful in recommending or explaining what's in a dish. I drive 45 minutes for take out from here. Well worth it!
