Jimmy John's

If this review was for the in store experience, it would be higher. This is for delivery, something they pride themselves on. I ordered my typical order at 12:50 and waited until 2:30 to call. I was informed they only had one delivery driver today. Okay, fine, he said the guy was on his way back to the store and I was hungry (now hangry), so I gave them 30 minutes. 3:00 comes around, still no food, tracker still says "Received" but not "Out for Delivery". I called and cancelled, and the guy who answered the phone was very short with me. I quickly emailed corporate this information. If they can't read it, at least I can steer someone away from "Freaky slow".

Ordered curbside pickup of 5 sandwiches. Trying to support local businesses during the pandemic. Realized 1 of my items was the wrong sandwich when I got home. JJ admitted they made a mistake but would not give me the item I ordered without paying the couple dollar difference! Even though I had to make 2 round trips. I still never got the sandwich I ordered. Please save yourself the stress and avoid this location.

Service was incredibly slow and we were the only two people in the place. 2 of the 3 employees were unmasked, a container of drink lids (which you’d think would be kept away from customers for sanitary reasons) were just out in the open. The two unmasked employees were too busy talking to even notice my girlfriend waiting to order. This isn’t my local JJ’s thankfully but I sincerely hope they step up their game and fast.

Unfortunately I can't tell you if their food was any good. I was informed that my order would be about a half an hour late. On the account that one of their drivers called off. I understood that. I'm still waiting for my food and it's been almost an hour. There was a special event at my child's school. Parents can come eat with their kids and bring lunch. I figured we'd order Jimmy John's, as it is one of my daughters favorites. Will not be using this location again. It's really sad considering they are only 1.2 miles from the school. Reading through their Google reviews. It sounds like they really need corporate to come in and manage this location.

I walked in and made a catering order that I wanted made and delivered asap. The staff assured me that this would be no problem. They smiled and was not bothered at all about the short notice. I called the office and found out the order was made and delivered in about 15 mins. A great team that works well together.

Hands down, the worst Jimmy John's I've ever ordered from. Three times, consecutively, I ordered delivery from this joint, all three times it took more than an hour; I work a HALF MILE AWAY. Oh, and the order was made incorrectly two of those three times (the third time I just cancelled the order). Each time, I'm given some excuse (30 mins or more after my order is placed, of course) about issues with employees, as if that should be my concern. If you can't run your shop properly then quit, or shut it down. Don't, however, offer a service you clearly can't deliver, let alone deliver "freaky fast." Skip this place at all costs.

Worst service ever. Waited over an hour for my food. Called to inquire and was told they only have one driver and it would be another 20 minutes. Told them to cancel my order and not charge my card. Was told ok. Food got dropped off to the receptionist later anyways, despite me canceling it. Called again to make sure they would not charge my card was told ok. I asked for confirmation of the refund. Manager told me she would email me and took my email down. I was never emailed and.... my card was charged. Called AGAIN and got two different stories in one minute. Version 1: we voided transaction follow up with your bank. Version 2: we voided it but refund takes 7-10 business days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

So much for wicked fast. It’s now 2:06pm and my food still has not arrived. I can walk to this location in 15 minutes. The one south on 12 mile is so much better. This is the second chance I have them. I won’t be coming back. None of my coworkers will get food from here. We will go to the one near 12 mile and Orchard Lake.
