Employees more focused on singing and dancing then giving you a quality sub. Asked if i wanted toasted and proceeded to hand me an ice cold sub. The pop machine looks to be from the 90s and all flavors come out flat and half watered down. Careful when you ask for owner, every one of the girls in there tried saying they were the owner, as the owner himself rang us up. Worst quality ive ever had from subway. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN.

Zero stars if I could. They will not honor Subway gift cards. They should post this on a big sign up front. How are you part of a franchise but don't accept the gift card?

I ordered online and was charged. I drove to the location and found out that it is closed. Still waiting for Subway to refund my money. Very disappointing. The hours were listed that they closed at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Edit: great news they have new owners again and it’s back to normal there. I will definitely be a regular here again!
Terrible service very VERY slow. It seems like they don’t care and can’t be bothered. They don’t make the sandwiches properly they get your order wrong. It’s very sad this used to be one of the best subways.

I normally wouldn’t write a review but the service was so terrible I had to. I went in and she made my sandwich like she was in a rush to do something else. They had no tomatoes and their cucumbers were cut too thickly. She had my sandwich tilted back and didn’t lay my topping on it neatly.

My sandwich was made as if I was a burden. When I was cashing out my sandwich was thrown at me.. I had to ask the employee if everything was ok. I felt very uncomfortable as if I did something wrong. I contemplated on walking out and not wanting the sandwich anymore but i was being patient. Never again will I be treated that way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER SUBWAY. These girls that work the front are never friendly yet I am a loyal customer. Never again.

I used to love this location but it has really gone down hill. For one thing, they don't participate in national promotions like they have for $5 footlongs. Shame on Subway corporate for even allowing that practice. The last time I went there, I ordered through the app to simplify the pickup process. When I got my order home, it was like they didn't even pay attention to what I had ordered. They used the wrong bread on two of my 4 sandwiches, left cheese off of all of them, it was just a total disaster. The owner later emailed me to apologize (which was nice) but never offered any kind of compensation. I will never go back to this location.
