Nara Sushi & Hibachi Steakhouse

Great experience and really great food. I'm definitely coming back! Worth every penny and I HIGHLY recommend coming to this place!!

First and for most... I used to work for a marketing company where I had to travel around and give my opinion on cust serv.. I haven't done that in a few years and I have to say that Nara and the new management staff Ali and Jacob have been absolutely amazing. My friends and family have been going to Nara and Prime 29 for quite a long time and more so after the shut down.Their hospitality is wonderful Jacob worked so hard to move up to a management position and Ali is so professional and kind to wear my son and his high school friends from Brother Rice came in this past Friday and were treated with much respect. They had a reservation although we're told that they perhaps wouldn't get the hibachi grill area that they would have to sit in a booth. I made the reservation didn't realize I should've mentioned that hibachi area? They expressed their excitement for wanting to be with friends (after so many months being away from their friends and classmates) it was special to them and of course to see the cook make the food!!! Ali treated the young man with professionalism and was able to accommodate them and they had a memorable night...and afterwords my son and his friend came to the car to tell us parents what a great time they had. You never know what young gentleman will come and say to their parents or what backgrounds their parents have...and with a nice 20+ percent tip that they left for the servers they treated them well. This is what life is all about especially through these times we've all been going through. Lastly when my friends and I have been there the service has been absolutely amazing..I wish I could a credit their names but when I have an opportunity I will they service the patio area. I felt so comfortable at this place with the out door seating! Great staff and even management was amazing. He Came over and just talked with us, he even bought us shots on the house. Amazing customer service! The food was good! We ordered mostly appetizers and alcohol but I had a blast. I found a new spot. Everyone tables was nice and spread apart. I really like this place. I think the managers name was Ali. I cant remember exactly, but who ever he and the two servers was definitely made an impact.

Overall, good. Ordered carryout earlier this week. We got 4 rolls - Philly, Red Dragon, Sundae, and Filet Mignon...along with gyoza and edamame. Edamame portion was nice and the gyoza was tasty. Rolls were good. Neither of us were fans of the filet mignon roll, however. Thought we'd try something different. That roll was a miss for us. Sundae was our favorite and Red Dragon was very good, too. Philly was a standard Philly roll and good for what it is. They forgot soy sauce and chopsticks. There's no place to add comments on your online order. I was going to ask for extra wasabi and soy sauce and got no soy sauce, so that kind of sucked. Soy sauce is essential for my sushi eating routine. Luckily we had some at home.
