Smashburger

The manager was professional and friendly. In fact, she was kind! It was 4:11 pm on a Sunday and our intended burger restaurant was closed. It is Memorial Day weekend yet our first visit here was exceptional! The manager suggested meal combos for my son who has a ton of food allergies. The Classic Smashburger on a gluten free bun was juicy and the fries were seasoned to perfection. We decided to dine outside and the atmosphere was refreshing. I had no clue dining outside on Orchard Lake could be so cool. The manager came to check on all the customers frequently. It was was 5:09 pm and she was still catering to the guest with the warmest demeanor. Way to go! We will be back.

Please fix your website. I’m not writing a bad review or anything like that because the food and drinks are really good. The only problem is the website because it says there open till 8 some days and then other days it’ll show different timings. Today I went to order food and it was closed and the door was locked but on the website it said it was open. Please fix your website. This is not the only time I have come due to false timings on the smash burger website. I’m never coming here again because I don’t know when it’s opened or closed. Another problem is like to report is that they never pick up their phone. I called 14 times and they didn’t pick up. I was even at the place ordering something and I saw the phone ringing and no one picked it u. Smash burgers isn’t the same place it used to be 10 years ago. There manager changed and know it’s run by some dude that doesn’t care about the fast food place and is only doing it for the money. All the people working in the place look like there going through depression (probably also doing it for the money since they don’t bother to pick the phone up).

The Manager was Very friendly my first time coming here and she made it a good experience for me my mother and girlfriend ESPECIALLY FOR MOTHERDAYS!!! This is a place a RECOMMENDED for any an every occasion PERFECT Customer assistance! Couldn’t ask for a better person too manage this restaurant! Love it
