Absolutely bizarre!! The two ladies working today, (one on the register and the other prepping food) were both coughing and hacking up a storm! No masks, and the lady taking pizza of the oven and handling the hot food, was coughing with her hand over her mouth, THEN, WITH NO GLOVES ON, AND NO MASK, coughed and took pizza out of the oven to slice it!!! ZERO PROTECTION TOWARDS THE FOOD!! SERIOUSLY?? WITH ALL GOING ON THESE DAYS??? will NEVER eat anything from this location!! That was ridiculously inconsiderate, and nasty! They should both be ashamed!!

Hello, In reference to location: 27765 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Wesley Chapel FL.Your bathrooms have been this dirty for weeks (.jpg images below). I have only been twice within a month, and both times it has been like this. Very disappointed in 7-Eleven. God bless, -James D. Please clean..especially during COVID-19; and for legal reasons. Urinal has been down for known 3 weeks+.

I often visit this store as it is close to my home. I went there about a week ago when there was a fuel shortage. All they had was 93 octane. I filled up my tank as well as 3 family member’s cars. I was talking with the cashier and asked her if she filled up. She said that things were a little tight and she would wait until she found 87. This cashier has been there for a long time and has always been excellent by making me feel like a valued customer. I asked her if she would allow me to fill her tank and she reluctantly accepted. Unfortunately there was someone there who decided to call the owner and make something of it. There was no cause for this. I did this as an act of kindness and a way to say thank you. Shame on that person. I will continue to go to this store and not allow someone else’s misery to affect the great experience I’ve had here over the years. Thanks to the crew at Wesley Chapel 7-11 for always going above and beyond to make me say “oh thank Heaven!”

The most amazing friendly experience I have ever had and any type of gas station. I travel a lot and I go to a lot of different places and the personality and the friendliness of this employee was just very outstanding. I believe she said her name was Celine I'm not sure if I'm spelling it right but she definitely deserves an award for employee of the month or year. I live about 3 hours away and I would definitely travel again just to stop and check on her again this is one of the best experiences I've ever had at a gas station her customer service was amazing

Despite all the signs posted stating "Don't throw trash on the floor. We have to clean it." and "Using this restroom is a privilege, keep it clean because I have to clean it." The bathroom was disgusting. On top of that, the clerk was unkind and unhelpful. When my husband asked if there was an oil change place closer by (we are traveling) he said he doesn't know it's not really part of his job; he then suggested we drove a couplemcouple up the road in either direction and that we would probably find something. When we checked maps, there was literally an oil change place two businesses down. Oh by the way, it IS PART OF YOUR JOB!
