This store is new and really needs some help...they are rude and don't really care about customer service, the food we got the other night was terrible, hardly any meat in tacos and my chicken quesodita had nothing in one whole half and they never even tried to fix it for us, basically called us liars, here are some pics...

DO NOT order from this Taco Bell if you have dietary restrictions. They are very careless and will not take the time to remove certain ingredients from your food (in my case I asked for NO cheese yet all 6 food items arrived with cheese on them). Such an easy task to fulfill. Simply careless. Would give zero stars if I could.

I went through drive through for my daughter. The meal did not meet Taco Bell's normal standards.
Daughter ate only part of one of her Crunch Wrap Supremes and discarded both of them. Their frozen drink machine was broken, so that limited some of her choices.

Longest drive-thru in the history of fast food chains. I have been in some long drive thru’s over the years but this particular Taco Bell by far holds the title as the “slowest” fast food drive thru of all time.

Get it together! I just spent 20 min in the drive thru, with 2 cars in front of me at the intercom, and never placed an order because this is the World's Record slowest drive thru. I don't know if the employees are doing H on their breaks, but this is run by a team of zombies.

We asked for our food to be substituted one with beans and one with chicken. They made both orders with beef.. then they got frustrated when we brought it in to fix it. Then gave us 2 free taco coupons.

The toasted cheddar chalupa that is on TV commercials was out of stock. I was charged $1.99 for a cup of water. I waited at the counter several minutes, then told I could order from the computer behind me.
