Happy Hangar Cafe

Feeling adventurous? Want to try something slightly different and off the beaten path? Well fly (or drive) on over to this happy cafe! Nestled deep in a residential neighborhood on the side of a private, tiny airport this place has really is fun! Airplane themed restaurant, attentive servers, and classic breakfast cafe food. (Lunch is served as well.) Watch the planes take off and land while you enjoy a warm meal. Oh, they also sell flight tours! Inquire within. Definitely will be back to try it! Cool little hidden gem.

Hosted a birthday party for my husband here yesterday. Staff was amazing! Took very good care of us even with us being a fairly large group. Lori specifically made a point to make sure everyone enjoyed the experience! Food was great! I asked everyone how their meal was And every single person said it was perfect! Highly recommend! We also loved seeing the planes which added to the fun!

The concept is there and the staff are nice, courteous. The food was good for simple breakfast food. Certainly no bloody marys with bacon nor shrimp and grits here. Think simple. Some quality lacks such as the orange juice. A smaller glass of real orange juice not from concentrate could elevate the diner experience. Water that is not from the tap. They were hiring when we visited but you couldn't tell by the staff, we received plenty of care. If you are unable to come on a clear day when planes are flying you may wonder what you came here for. We werent able to sit outside due to waitstaff shortage. Inside is a bit cramped, no frills and a bit hot. After a few sips of coffee we were sweating. If you're easily offended by Trump propoganda you will not be happy here. Thank you to the staff for making the experience as good as possible!
