Mcdonald's

It's simple, stop cutting me off when I'm placing my order. I had to repeat three times just Listen to my order. Pay attention. Stop making me pull forward while you serve four other customers behind me. My order was as simple as I'll take two quarter pounder deluxe combos, no onions, both with Coke. As I sit pulled up and waiting they bring me the wrong order twice then I have to continue to wait while four more people get served behind me.

Disappointing. Placed the order online, with the App. When we went to the drive thru, we gave them the 4 digit order number as instructed. The clerk was clueless, asked what was on the order, then rang the order up again, deleting our BOGO that was on the App. When I asked about it, this clerk called for help, who said the did not offer that BOGO, I explained again that it was an online order that we gave them the number for. They wanted to see the number, well the number went away on my phone, when they rang it up! I had a new number, fortunately the order was still there. Then they called the Mgr over, who did not listen to me, rather, his employees, who were clueless. When I tried to explain, hoping to avoid for other Customers he was very rude, shoved the cash refund out the window, and said we were not his only Customers, he had other Customers waiting. With his attitude, and the confusion with his employees, I think that problem will go away in time. There is another great little national chain restaurant across the street with a super deal on breakfast plates. The employees, and managers are friendly I understand. Next time I am in Wendell, I can assure you, I will be checking out the other place, so that this McDonalds can take care of their other problem Customers.
