7-eleven

This store has been in the valley as long as I can remember. Everyone loves a good slurpee right?? The employees are generally polite and good natured but every so often you will find your "bad egg" among them. It's hard to blame them, considering the location of their store, which draws in a rather... colorful... crowd. I'm sure this would try anyone's patience. But the lines go quickly most of the time and it's significantly better than the Chevron residing kitty corner to it, which is an absolute joke.

One of the employees was not wearing a mask. The store had about 8 people in it and is very small. The employee without a mask had an empty line but I chose to wait for the employee wearing a mask. He asked why and when I told him it was because he was not wearing a mask he called the police and refused to ring me up. The employee was extremely rude and angry. The other employee tried to ring me up but repeatedly the man shouted at him not to.

I'll leave 2 stars because most of the time the people here are pretty friendly. I moved from east Wenatchee to wenatchee so I frequent this 7-11 more now because it's on my way home from work. I've been in here at least a dozen times now. I drive a motorcycle and work two jobs so i have sets of clothes to change into between jobs. Tonight was the first time I was told....not asked, "the backpack stays at the door" totally fine with it, I work retail and I'm loss prevention myself. But itd be nice if you asked politely. Furthermore it was the first time I have ever been asked by this store to do so. So here's the deal if this is your policy that's fine but make sure you're consistent and all employees enforce this policy. Also if you're not prepared to pay for my belongings if they are stolen then do not force me to do so.

Crazy how you guys in force the no mask no service but can’t even manage having your own workers having a mask. Last night I went and he was coughing with no mask on didn’t put any hand sanitizer after each customer. How can you expect customers to comply with your rules if you can’t even get your employees to wear it and no cough all over the damn place

I was ordering a soda and deli. I asked if they had a bowl or cup I could BUY so I could give my service dog some water. They refused. Said we have no water. They got coolers full of water. But no water for my dog. For me? Yes. I guess I should have said it was for me or my child I guess. I left my beverage on the counter skipped ordering deli and left. Screw them and all 7-11's. Boycott. I would say she but I would probably be chopped up like a journalist if I complained. Screw Ameriica too. Don't complain or you might die.
