Columbia Valley Brewing

I have been coming here for years and I’m happy to report that the brewery keeps getting better and there is definitely more crowds than ever before and better beer than ever before which is a great sign :) I was blown away by the Porter that they made so keep it up Columbia Valley brewery you’re doing awesome job!

We have tried over and over and over to like this place. The only positive is the good atmosphere. But, it’s super hit or extremely miss. There is zero consistency, and quality is extremely poor. Last meal we had there had tons of paper in it after being wrong twice. We have only had 1 good experience here. Not coming back again.

Absolutely the worst Mac n Cheese!! Very bland, no flavour or baked cheese on top. Worse than Kraft dinner. Caramelized onions were in large chunks uncooked - not caramelized. The tri-tip was in very large slices about 3 inches long right at the bottom of everything and had to be cut but we were given a spoon?? A knife and fork came but the table was very wobbly when it came to cutting the meat. All together was very frustrating but the beer and the location was nice and the staff were great and very friendly and really wanted to make the situation right which I appreciated. If I was the manager of the brewery I would chat with the cook staff regarding the food... it's like they didn't even try.

we will definitely be back here. in town on business and decided to search for a place with a patio near the river for dinner. We enjoyed the early spring evening (cool 52 degrees) with the patio heaters and tents. ordered some food and beers, really good service, wonderful burger. we had a great time here this evening and will back around june to check it out again. Forgot to snap any pictures of our food as we devoured our meal.

We have been visiting this brewery for a long time on multiple visits to Wenatchee over the years. It has changed a lot in that time.... For the better in my opinion. First off the beer is quite good. Our favs are the Porter and the Amber. When we first started visiting they didn't have any food, so the progress of adding a kitchen and full menu has made this place even more appealing. We have been very happy with all the food we have tried. On our most recent visit we had the Bat sandwich and the Southwestern burger - both very yummy! The location is nice, across the street from the park and river. They have a great outdoor patio, great on sunny days! And a bonus for us..... they allow dogs on the patio! This is a nice place when there are very few customers. This place has been understaffed for a couple of years and on a day like St. Patrick’s Day when you’re advertising specials….having a total of three people trying to serve 40+ people is ridiculous. 11 minutes sitting at the bar unnoticed with no contact whatsoever - People understand the need to be patient since Covid… But capitalizing on that by having fewer staff is not and inviting Business philosophy.
