A very special evening with long time friends. The meal was amazing, John our waiter was so good to us and the atmosphere was beyond beautiful!! Oh I must not forget the to die for carrot cake. Thank you Nancy for building this beautiful restaurant in our town!!

On our way to Canada, we stopped for lunch at the Duke House. The experience was incredible: the service and hospitality, the quality of the ingredients, the flavour of the food. Our daughter stated that the onion soup was “perfecto” and we definitely agree.
Big city dining experience at small-town prices. I came here last night with a friend and was completely blown away by the outstanding dining experience. We shared a bottle of wine and the hummus, and I had one of their nightly specials, seafood stuffed prawns. The portions were HUGE, the ingredients were fresh, and the service was on point. Can't wait to go back for lunch!
This is probably the most beautiful restaurant in Wellsville. The decor is just stunning, and has a very formal atmosphere that many restaurants don't have in rural NY (it is also pricier than other places, but no judgment there, since it's fancy and not pretending to be budget-friendly). The tea and food is great as well. The strawberry green and "Christmas in a Cup" teas, eggs benedict, and chicken pot pie (pictured) are favorites.
First time visiting this quaint restaurant. The food was delicious. We're already planning a return visit for tea service!
We visited Duke House yesterday on an outing to the Southern Tier. What a nice surprise to discover this tea house! The tea we got, Mayors, was excellent, and being hungry we got beef brisket which was excellent. Then we got scones to bring home and they really were the most buttery and delicious scones I've had in a long time. The restaurant is comfortable and the service was great.
Absolutely loved the whole experience. From the delicious food to the cozy atmosphere, I had an amazing brunch. Would definitely recommend to any tea lover or if you looking for to sit an catch up with friends. Delicious food and great drinks have convinced me that I need to come back many more times!
This summer I have taken all of my out of town visitors to the Duke House for a special meal and each visit has been a treat for all of us. The food is excellent, it is clearly made from quality ingredients and always well prepared. The service is great, and the restaurant itself is a visual pleasure. It is charming and pleasant and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. There is no place like this anywhere nearby and in an area with few options for a special meal, this is a great destination.
