Burgerfi

If I could put no stars I would.. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this burgerfi… not our first visit here normally we are satisfied but not tonight. we arrived at 8:30 and we were told that the nothing fried was being served.. I really hope they were honestly out of everything fried and not just saying that because they were too lazy to make fries. 7 employees and it took 30 minutes to make two burgers. I didn’t even mind waiting, what made me really irritated was when their friend came in which arrived much later than us. They made her burger ready before ours and no it wasn’t a mobile order. Then someone elses burger was ready before ours. It should be done in the order the orders are placed. We had asked where our food was and they said our burgers were too complicated to make.. We ordered the ceo and swag. Never had that problem before. Perhaps if they weren’t too busy cleaning up way before closing, they could have had a better service. It’s not that sanitary to be handling chemicals dealing with trash then handling customers food without a glove change. I get it’s the end of the night and everyone wants to go home but do your job first when customers arrive stop cleaning attend to your customers then you can continue cleaning without any cross contamination issues. Photo attached. My ceo burger that was “too complicated” to make only has a beef patty and not what is included for the ceo burger. Same with my second burger we ordered which didn’t have all the ingredients. Its unacceptable to not include everything on the burger because you are ripping off the customer. The burger wouldn’t be “too complicated” to make if they didn’t clean up everything and then we’re too lazy to get out the ingredients to complete the burger. Just completely unacceptable especially on a Thursday night. The order was under Jay so you can confirm we were there and I still have my receipt which I would like a refund.

I dine at this particular location in Wellington multiple times a week and it is always perfect. Food taste very good and the place is clean! Today I had an issue while placing an order online (no fault of the store at all) and the manager was extremally helpful and accommodating. I inadvertently placed the order for delivery while my husband was already on the way to pick up and they made the corrections necessary without hesitation and very willing to help. In less the 5 minutes the order was ready for pick up. I will recommend this location of Burgerfy to anyone hungry for good burgers! Thank you so much for being amazing in every aspect.

Don’t go here. Service is incredibly slow and customers treated like an inconvenience. Food is very overpriced. For instance, my 7 year old got a “Kids Chicken Tender Meal” for $8.97. It came with 2 tiny nuggets, an applesauce, and a juice box (which they were out of). Needless to say, our child was still hungry as any child over 2 would likely be. My $9.47 cheeseburger was good but not $10 good.

Trash was everywhere in restaurant. I’m so upset with the service. My order came up to fifty bucks. I got my burger when my kids were done because they forgot to make with my order. This has happened multiple times but it won’t happen again because I will never go back. Also if you walk into restaurant at any given time garbage will be overflowing and condiments bar will have flies. I guarantee it!

I agree with another reviewer. This place is a little pricey for aver tasting burgers that are a little thin. My order was incorrect. Just lazy staff placing bacon on the side on a bacon burger then not wanting to put the sauce on the side, so I got no sauce at all. The atmosphere is great. It’s very cool with an industrial vibe. I would be less harsh, but other BurgerFis have had an issue getting my order wrong, so it seems to be either a regional or company wide problem. I really want to like this chain, but they keep missing the mark. Regardless, I can get a prime burger with better atmosphere and table service for the same price elsewhere. So I’ve given up and will be going to that restaurant from now on for my burgers. And their iced tea is bottled, not fresh brewed. Even Wendy’s offers fresh brewed iced tea.
