Good smoothies! I wish there was a place to sit inside. There is one table outside.There is no public restroom.
Always great smoothies and bowls! Avo toast and waffles just as good. If you want a real thick smoothie made with the real stuff-best around. Prices more than reasonable.

The food choices are so unique! I honestly wish there were more locations like these. I got a magician smoothie, and it tasted so good! It has charcoal in it, which helped me with my stomach constipation later in the day(lol). Can’t wait to be back to the cape to try out something else soon
Waffles took a little bit to come out, but totally worth the wait! Two massive thumbs up from our gluten free kiddos on the butterfly pea flower flavor!
Such a great place for açaí bowls and smoothies. So unbelievably fresh and the texture is perfect.

I loved everything about this shop. It is a beautifully, simply decorated space (both inside and outside). The vibe is calm and natural (although the candle scent was overwhelming). I ordered the Avocado Toast and it was sublime. They were out of the sourdough bread, so I had it on GF bread. All the flavors were so lively and perfect together...absolutely delicious. I will definitely visit BOL the next time I am in Wellfleet.
Came here the first day they opened in Wakefield RI.. absolutely amazing. Super friendly staff, adorable atmosphere, their bowls are fresh, a great size and have so many varieties. I recently heard they were dog friendly too which is a HUGE 5⭐️ for me. Definitely stop in and try it!!!
A slice of heaven for this healthy foodie! Most items are vegan and gluten free. We tried the waffles, the coffee, the smoothies, the avocado toast, and fern bowl. Everything was fresh and vibrant and a perfectly refreshing change from greasy shore food.
