I loved everything about this shop. It is a beautifully, simply decorated space (both inside and outside). The vibe is calm and natural (although the candle scent was overwhelming). I ordered the Avocado Toast and it was sublime. They were out of the sourdough bread, so I had it on GF bread. All the flavors were so lively and perfect together...absolutely delicious. I will definitely visit BOL the next time I am in Wellfleet.

The food choices are so unique! I honestly wish there were more locations like these. I got a magician smoothie, and it tasted so good! It has charcoal in it, which helped me with my stomach constipation later in the day(lol). Can’t wait to be back to the cape to try out something else soon

A slice of heaven for this healthy foodie! Most items are vegan and gluten free. We tried the waffles, the coffee, the smoothies, the avocado toast, and fern bowl. Everything was fresh and vibrant and a perfectly refreshing change from greasy shore food.
