I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday from this location. I explicitly requested Chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream. I drove over, confirmed that was the cake (written on the box), and took it to the birthday girl. When she cut into the cake she was very disappointed to see the vanilla cake, as was I, seeing I just spent close to $50 on a cake that won't be eaten. We decided to eat it anyway, and after the first bite it was clear that the ice cream wasn't right either, it was cookies and cream or cake batter with Oreo, but definitely not chocolate chip! Furthermore, when I called the next morning to inform the store and ask them to make it right, the person on the phone was confrontational and said " I made that cake, and I don't make mistakes". She was further combative and basically insinuated that she doesn't believe me. I would recommend staying away! Go to JP licks across the street, far better service and ice cream!!!
