Sweetgreen

This is the closest sweetgreen we have around us. I honestly don't know why I keep going there. From missing items we requested quite a few times to the latest pick ups where I had to wait for my order to be ready for about 40 minutes. It's just ridiculous. Placed order via the app for 2pm, arrived at 2:05pm didn't get my order until 2:45pm...this isn't good service I must say. You guys advertise the app to get the food faster, cut the line, but clearly the walk-ins over the counter take priority, which it's fine, but don't advertise the app is faster. This branch particularly could use better management and better training organization when it comes to preparing the app requests.

My experience at Sweet Green was incredible due to the woman who made my salad. I believe her name tag said grace but she was kinder than any server needs to be. Her energy was exquisite, she was patient and more than happy to tell me everything I needed to know while making my salad. I don’t live in the area so I will probably never be back but I would fight for her to get a raise.

My husband ordered food for us online, but for some reason the order didn’t go through. One of the ladies working very rudely said “Oh, it’s very confusing!”. We then tried ordering in the store and after checking my food in the car, it tasted like the wrong dressing. I ordered lime cilantro jalapeño and it tasted like basil and pesto. I went back in to ask if they may have accidentally mixed up the dressings, but the person who made it assured me he did not. The manager offered to make us new bowls, but since I was reassured multiple times that it was correct, I didn’t see a reason to waste fresh ingredients. Well, got home and I definitely got pesto and my husband got lime cilantro jalapeño. I hate pesto and he hates cilantro. We will not be eating this. Thanks a bunch sweetgreen Wellesley.

First time and it was an awesome! Easy to find a parking spot. I received my order less than 5 mins after I placed an order (customers kept coming non-stop since I was there until when I left). The person who was taking care of picking up station was so kind following up and bringing my order for me outside where I was waiting. The restaurant was so clean and the team were very attentive. Avocado was perfect. I also fell in love with beets slices in the bowl. I'm not sure if they pickled or marinated with something or not but it's so crunchy and delicious! I was so impressed with the service and the quality of the food. Tons of choices so I just picked one to try. Highly recommended! 👍😊 --- Update 1/7/21 I did order one of my favorites, green goddess avocado salad, 2 orders. It wasn't long after I ordered until I opened both boxes. Other than the missing items, the avocado slices are a bit disappointing. -1 star for the order this time. I understand mistake happens. It would be better if someone can call and let me know that there's no fresh avocado available and not able to put it in the order. I am looking forward to a fresh avocado next time. The rest of the items were fresh.

Terrible customer service in broader company NO phone number for calling - just texting NO direct number to store - just to "guest support" Ordered by app Order wasn't ready in the time frame, couldn't pick up They refunded me - fine, thank you, that is nice, appreciate it. But still hungry! So discovered the order was complete after I had already returned to work from lunch break. Tried to confirm the meal was still there - Person on other end of text: "Cannot confirm. There is no physical support at the store. The order is complete." Went back on a work break while being covered by a co-worker to get lunch an hour and a half after I had planned Order is NOT there. And the poor employees (are there only 2 people working a Saturday lunch?!) are so swamped, I can't ask because I have to go back to work, I just barely made it over in the first place and the line is so long. If the order is complete what happened to it? Did someone else take it by accident? Will it be there if I go back at 5:00 to get it for dinner instead??? Great food, great customer service IN PERSON Terrible management who cannot hire and/or schedule employees! If the business can't keep up with demand, turn off the online orders! :/ Who is running this company? >.> Bare minimum - there needs a method to see if the order is actually there or not. (WithOUT burdening staff.) Figure it out, please.

We ordered a delivery through their own website... which never came. Then no one would help us! No way to call this Sweetgreen store, only webs of phone menus that directed us to other companies (like DoorDash)... even though we ordered through Sweetgreen. Very poor customer experience! Will not order again.
