The manager that was in charge during 12/31 was 1 of the rudest I have ever dealt with ... we came in at 9:30pm to eat and he 1st said to us that we had to eat fast because by 10pm he was going to kick us out!! We got our food at 10 mins to 10pm ... and he told us we had to hurry ... that’s BS and then pretty much pushed us out the door ... will never go back and eat at that place again ..

Average food at best. "Sizzling 7" burger was decent, but on the small side with a bare minimum amount of meat. Fries were OK, but not great. Had obviously been sitting for a while. Chef salad was sub-par - over-processed meat, lettuce was just shy of being wilted, etc. Have had the walleye dinner here on another visit. Skimpy fillet, full of bones. Hostess on this visit was obviously not having a good day - at least try to crack a smile and pretend that I'm not ruining your day by showing up, will ya? Waitress, however, was terrific; Ellie deserves a raise and was the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2. In my opinion, ALL of the restaurants in this casino need a makeover.

Horrible service. Sat in line for 20 minutes and finally went up front to ask what was taking so long and it was like no one was working. The lady we found said she couldn’t even tell us how long the wait was despite the 10 open tables. The waitress slammed our drinks on the table, didn’t even give us straws and the food was cold. I could go on and on about all the reasons id never go here again.

I'd give no stars if that was an option. My 3 friends and I came for brunch on a Saturday. Were not greeted (not a big deal) just asked how many and led us to a table. Our server told us snottily that shed be with us in a second. We sat quietly at our table for at least 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table, all the while seeing our server visit another table multiple times. It was not busy whatsoever. We ended up walking out. Terrible experience.

I think I literally got the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant here. I was with my friend and husband. After the server took my friend and my drink order, she abruptly left without saying anything and didn't take my husband's drink order. When she finally came back with the drinks, I said that my husband needed a drink. He ordered a soda and the server said she'd bring it to him when she had time and took our food order. She disappeared and after 10 minutes of waiting we decided to cancel our orders and leave.
