Subway

Credit card machine not working, register is out of ones and the manager isn't answering his phone. The cashier gave change out of her tips. Seriously? I feel sorry for the girl. She should NOT have to give up her hard earned tip money because the manager doesn't want to do his job! This is pathetic.

This place will lie to you and tell you they ran out of items because they are lazy and don't want to make more. I had ordered a meatball sub and a couple other sandwiches. A male employee told me they ran out of meatballs due to not ordering enough when they did inventory. When I asked to cancel my entire order, they miraculously had meatballs they could defrost. I do not appreciate being lied to and this was unacceptable.

There are a few points I'd love to make. First off, great service. Secondly, I feel terrible for these employees running all around trying to make ends meet. Why is there only one person working when theirs a line of people? it makes me feel so bad waiting in line for food whenever I only see one or two people rushing to try to please all. In short, if you are going to go to subway, definitely go to Walmart. when I go any where else, the sand witch seems rushed and carelessly handled. i went downtown and i ended up getting a full refund because the bread didn't even seem cooked full. I truly hate seeing disrespectful customers who never picture themselves in these poor employees shoes an tend to lash out at the workers for mistakes we all make. I detinitly would only recommend one subway in this tristate area, the one at Walmart supercenter. that is all.

We stopped in March 14,2019 on Thursday and the lady told us to hold on and she asked the other employee to wait on us cause she was getting done with her shift so the employees named Alexis asked us what we want to eat so I proceeded to tell her and she got rude and said we don’t have that cheese her and I asked about cheese and herb bun and she said we not have a 6 in she acted like she didn’t even want to wait on us like we was bothering her so we told her no thank you and left and I will not go back.
