Texas Burger

We stopped here, during our trip to San Antonio and we definitely did not regret it. The young man who took our order was so polite!!! Hubs ordered a Maverick bacon burger combo, I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger combo and a chocolate ice cream cone. Both of our combos came with seasoned fries and we requested Sprite. Our food came quickly and it was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The food smelled so good, we didn’t have a chance to take photos before taking bites. Highly recommended!

This is a must stop if you are going between San Antonio and Houston (or are anywhere close for any reason). The food is always fantastic. The owners personally take care of you. The menu has a large variety, the burgers are big with real beef that tastes homemade and the bacon is thick and crispy. They use fresh scooped Blue Bell in shakes and any place that offers options for fries, tots, seasoned fried or sweet potato fries knows how to make your combo meal perfect.

Food was made to order, was hot and fresh. The Nolan Ryan beef was so good! Very tasty! The restaurant was clean and odor free. Texas Burger shares a building with Subway and there were no lingering Subway smells, like you find at a lot of Subway restaurants. The team was very friendly. Thanks Texas Burger for having truck parking! We will be stopping by again.

If you just need something for your stomach, it works...but if you want a real burger you'll be disappointed. Notice the burger is so thin you can barely see it and there were barely any mushrooms on my mushroom and swiss. On the plus side, the fries were good, my daughter liked her steak fries, and the lemonade is good and not overly sweet
