Papa Gino's

I didn't even know Papa Gino's was still around, so I had to stop in and try. It was pretty good. I got a BBQ chicken pizza and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were standard can't complain about fried cheese. The pizza was better than average for a chain restaurant. What I really liked was the tangy BBQ sauce they used on the pizza. It gave it that nice little zing to your taste buds.

Food was fine. I go in, after placing an order the day before as we had a planned pickup time for a few pizzas. Easy order. Get there and girl says order isn't done. That's fine. She comes back to counter a few minutes later and asks what did I order? I tell her. She says a little bit longer. All good. 15 mins later she asks what I ordered again and looks I'm the glass ready meals, pulls out my food.. it was ready the whole time. I check it over, and ask where is the other half? She says oh ya then grabs more food from storage area and hands it to me. Man you guys need to hire some smarter people.

Always a nice comfort food - used to work at a Papa Ginos forever ago. Convenient location being next to Douglas with this location far surpassing the Uxbridge one with both service time and quality of the orders. While it isn't the best pizza around you always know what you are going to get and you don't end up disappointed.

Excellent Management! I recently ordered delivery, which is now handled by DoorDash. I got a notification that DoorDash had delivered my food, but alas there was no food. I called Papa Gino's and the manager remade my food and delivered it to me personally and all with a smile. I was SO appreciative of this! My family and I have been to this location many times and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Ordered from there this evening. Order was "lost" by DoorDash. The manager Marie apologized profusely and made a complete new order and sent one of her employees Dino to drop it off. The delivery driver reiterated how sorry he was that the third party company dropped the ball and refused a tip. I contacted the store and made sure my card was charged more to compensate that unbelievable act by the driver. Both of these people deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond for something that wasn't even their fault. Truly an asset to their organization.
